Jamaica's Kerron Stewart is among the three women and one man who are still in line for the US$1 million Golden League Jackpot.
The athletes will now turn their attention to the IAAF World Championships on August 15-23 in Berlin before resuming their hunt at the Zurich Golden League meet on August 28 for the fifth of six meets.
After four meets, Ethiopia's Kenenisa Bekele (5000m/3000m), American 400 metres runner Sanya Richards, Russian pole vaulter Yelena Isinbayeva and Stewart are the ones who have the jackpot in sight.
Bekele won the 5000m in Berlin, clocking 13:00.76; Oslo 13:04.87 and Rome 12:56.23 while taking the 3000m in Paris in 7:28.64.
Stewart, who is competing in the 100m, clocked 11.00 seconds in Berlin, 10.99 in Oslo, Rome a world-leading 10.75, and 10.99 in Paris.
In Berlin, Richards opened with 49.57 seconds then went to Oslo and clocked a world-leading 49.23, Rome (49.46) and Paris (49.34).
Isinbayeva cleared 4.83m in Berlin, 4.71m in Oslo, 4.85m in Rome and 4.65m in Paris.
The athletes must win their event at all six meets to claim a share of the jackpot.
If no athlete wins all six then anyone with five victories will share US$500,000.
