Best performances: Two-time IAAF World Championships medallist: silver at the 2005 IAAF World Championships in Helsinki, Finland; bronze medal winner at the 2007 World Championships in Osaka, Japan. Gold medal winner at the 2007 Pan American Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil; bronze medallist at the 2006 Commonwealth Games in Melbourne, Australia; third place IAAF Grand Prix Final in Doha.

Ennis-London is a seven-time national 100m hurdles champion, including the 2005 title she shared with Brigitte Foster-Hylton in a dead heat. She has suffered from injuries over the years, the most serious of which was in 2001. It kept her out for the entire 2002 season. Ennis-London came closest to winning an Olympic medal for Jamaica in the 100m hurdles, clocking 12.52 for fourth at the 2000.
