The Reef is like a little haven tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the busy intersection at Old Hope Road in Liguanea. The restaurant, which celebrated its first anniversary last month under the new management, offers a variety of seafood on the menu. The uniqueness in the flavour is brought by the extensive use of fresh herbs in cooking.
"It brings out the flavours of the seafood," says Karel Chin, the owner.
During the Gleaner-sponsored Restaurant Week, The Reef hopes that diners will get a wider exposure to seafood and would like to showcase its specialities and the exciting fare on its menu.
