During the Gleaner-sponsored Restaurant Week, customers will have an opportunity to experience some of the most exquisite and mouth-watering meals synonymous with the quality service for which Rum Jungle is famous. From the savoury cream of pumpkin soup or the salad Nicosia topped with tropical fruit salsa, these appetisers are sure to tempt the appetites of foodies during this special week.

A live band will be entertaining throughout Restaurant Week. The choice of entrées can either be the classic chicken escalope stuffed with callaloo and ripe plantain in cherry brandy sauce, grilled gourmet trout mounted on a spicy polenta topped with roasted almonds in white wine sauce, the palatable steak Diane served topped with a warm tomato and mushroom salsa, or for vegetarians, sweet and sour vegetables with grilled tofu.

The side offerings of rice and peas, potato au gratin, coconut rice or market vegetable medley, will add an interesting mix to the main meal. Dessert will take food lovers on a sweet tooth satisfying journey. From the black forest cake with a chocolate cream sauce, strawberry key lime pie with orange glaze to the sweet potato pudding a la mode with rum and raisin sauce, all appetites will be satisfied after dining at Coral Cliff's Rum Jungle.
