Two St James men, who were arrested following a major police operation in Westgate Hills, Montego Bay last Tuesday, were offered bail when they appeared in the Montego Bay Resident Magistrate’s Court today.
Forty-nine-year-old sales representative Allister Chase was granted bail in the sum of $150,000 with three sureties.
He is charged for possession of, dealing in, and taking steps to export hash oil.
His co-accused, 33-year-old Patrick Parkins, who is of Catherine Mount and Westgate Hills addresses, was offered bail in the sum of $350,000 with two sureties.
He is charged for possession of ganja and illegal possession of one round of ammunition.
Parkins will return to court on July 31, while Chase is scheduled for court on August 21.
