The man accused of hacking into computers from the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions has received an extension to his bail.
The case against Phillpot Martin failed to get underway today because of the absence of prosecutors.
He was ordered to return to court on May 26.
He is facing charges of breaches of the Cyber Crimes Act.
Martin is also facing charges of unauthorised access to a computer programme or data and unlawful possession of a computer for the commission of an offence.
