Curry goat master

There are chefs and there are chefs. But there is no chef in the western belt of the island who cooks curried goat with the love that chairman of the Tourism Product Development Company, Robert Russell, does! And those who don't know, discover this God-given gift every new year's day.

Russell is the master of curried goat and his wife Beverly, the cook extraordinaire of birds, pork, fish, shrimp and soups of all description. Outlook was again part of the camaraderie and the great food prepared in the Russell home. We bring you the highlights.
