MY DOWN TIME ... with Caroline Miles

... Caroline Miles - Master teacher at Seaforth High School in St Thomas. Active in the educational system for 14 years, Miles is a nominee for this year's First Global Vision Award. But just how does this busy teacher unwind?

  • What book have you read lately?

Yes We Can, a biography of President Barrack Obama by Garen Thomas. I also read and say Psalms 23 and The Serenity Prayer every day. They are very inspirational and I use them as a guide to start and end each day.

  • What was the last CD you bought?

Parables by Tarrus Riley and Mr Brooks ... A Better Tomorrow by Mavado.

  • Where was the last interesting place you visited?

The Liguanea Festival of Fine Arts and Photography at the Liguanea plaza. I went there with some of my students and we were all inspired by the works.
