The tournament, which will serve off on April 23 and run through to April 26, is now in its 14th year and is expected to be contested by more than 150 of the island's top high school players.
Having acted as a nurturing ground for some of the island's best, Douglas Burke, the national tennis director, was pleased with the continued support from the title sponsors and was looking forward to the tournament getting under way.
"The tournament is a very important one where the youngsters are concerned, as it gives them a chance to compete against each other, which brings their individual talents to the fore," he said.
A number of players have benefited from taking part in the tournament over the last few years, and have not only gone on to take up scholarships abroad, but also to represent the nation.
They include Ryan Russell, Tinesta Rowe, the Johnson brothers, Damar and Damion, and Brandon Burke.
