IMMEDIATE PAST principal of Kingston College, Rupert Hemmings, has been appointed to head one of the Hydel Group of Schools - Hydel High. "I am excited about the possibilities," Hemmings told The Gleaner yesterday, adding that there was a lot of work to be done and targets to be met.
