Doc, I am really frightened. I am a 20-year-old guy and I've noticed a painful lump near my testicle. Maybe it's caused from the fact that I got hit down there in an accident around two weeks ago. But I am fretting it might be cancer, because several people have told me where cancer of the testicle is common in young guys.
