What do the lonely do at Christmas?

Thanks for the great tips you listed in the article. That song is so sad but I kind of like singing along to it - guilty pleasure, I guess, for those 'woe is me' moments. I haven't heard it on the radio here in the Washington, D.C. area that much this season, maybe because it is so gloomy. Thanks.

Thank you for your article on reflexology. As a practitioner, I find reflexology to be wonderful for youth and seniors for the touch-benefit factor. They are in the populations that are less touched than say, younger children or adults with partners. It is a fine healing art. Explore yoga next. Be well.
