Road safety needs new strategy
In the last two weeks, the nation has recorded two horrific road accidents involving public-passenger vehicles. A total of six persons perished in grisly accidents in St Ann and Clarendon. Of course, death is only part of the story, because other passengers who sustained serious injuries may have debilitating long-term effects.
