Senior Puisne Judge Marva McIntosh should have sentenced the men on Friday but the court was told that the social enquiry reports were not ready.
They are 26-year-old Massinissa Adams, of Industry Village; 18-year-old Kemar Dawkins, of Standpipe and 21-year-old Rohan Townsend, of Irish Town, all in St Andrew.
The judge had ordered social enquiry reports for the men after they were convicted by a 12-member jury.
Adams could face the death penalty because he fired the fatal shot.
During the eight-week trial in the Home Circuit Court, the prosecution relied on the testimony of an 18-year-old witness.
The witness admitted conspiring with the men to rob Kameka of his firearm.
No plan
She testified that she had an intimate relationship with both Kameka and Adams. The witness said she did not know that Kameka was a policeman and there was no plan to kill him.
Kameka was shot dead in a house in Irish Town on November 29, 2007.
The witness said Adams and another man, whom she subsequently identified as Dawkins, put handkerchiefs over their faces and went into the house while Townsend fixed a pipe in a gully nearby.
The witness said Kameka was talking on his cellphone when Adams shot him twice before running away.
The witness was charged with conspiracy to rob but she pleaded guilty last year and was given a suspended sentence.
