I SAW the picture of Miss Jamaica in The Gleaner and the thought of colour did not enter my mind. I try very hard not to look at colour but at the person and their character. My question is, where is she from, and, if she is a foreigner, how did she become Miss Jamaica? I live in the United States so I am not acquainted with the individuals who were involved.
