It is the end of an era. as we bid Lady B goodbye, we cherish the memories of this wonderful human being. She transcended boundaries, touched many persons from all walks of life.

Lady B was called "a woman of extraordinary qualities, with courage and sacrifice for those who needed a voice; someone who cared and who could get others to care," by Prime Minister Bruce Golding. "She was a risk-taker and a pioneer who took on the struggles of the working poor," said Portia Simpson Miller, leader of the Opposition, in her tribute.
