Couples Negril has been ranked second, Couples Swept Away, third; Couples Sans Souci, seventh; and the recently renovated Couples Tower Isle (formerly Couples Ocho Rios) eighth. Couples Negril and Couples Swept Away also made it on to the list of the Top-100 World's Best Resorts at 36 and 42, respectively
