Ladies love the cute Escape Chocolatini because of its light flavour and the yummy chocolate chips at the bottom.

From its doors opened in September 2004, it has never closed; Escape 24/7 provides just that - an oasis.

In the middle of the commercial district on Knutsford Boulevard in New Kingston, Escape 24/7 caters both to the after-work crowd and the after-after-party of those who just don't want to go home for the night.

"Twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays, we'll be open," promises manager Tanice Cross. "It's somewhere to hang out any time of the day," she continued. "The inspiration behind it was that we usually have parties, and the parties usually finish at 2 (am). Still want something to do? Escape," she said explaining the idea behind the bar.

Cross describes it as a "fresh air bar-and-grill", in which you can come for lunch as early as 10 a.m, come for the grilled menu which begins at 7 p.m, and dance the night away from 9 p.m to 4:30 a.m any night of the week. On Fridays, after-work kick-off starts at 5 p.m with retro jams.

Christopher Mackenzie fixes his signature Island Escape martini with ultra flair at Escape 24/7 on Knutsford Boulevard.
