COSTA RICA (AP):
Leaders of the government that ousted Honduran President Manuel Zelaya in a coup have arrived in Costa Rica for talks on resolving the leadership crisis.
Nobel Prize winner Oscar Arias is leading the talks at the request of US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. But they seem to be off to a rough start, with both sides hardening their positions. Interim leader Roberto Micheletti said on arrival yesterday that he's committed to finding a peaceful and constitutional solution.
But Micheletti's aides say he doesn't plan to meet Zelaya face to face. And both men insist that the other cannot be president.
