Palace Amusement Company Limited launched its digital 3D cinema yesterday at Carib 5 in Cross Roads, St Andrew. It featured the animated film Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs.

"Starting July 1, lightweight 3D glasses will create movie magic and on-screen images will seem closer to life from every seat in the house," said a press release from Palace Amusement.

"Get ready for the movie experience that puts you smack dab in the picture. Imagine breathtaking scenery, edge-of-your-seat action and spectacular special effects! Be assured, the movie-going experience will now transport you to another world."
