Prime Minister Bruce Golding officially opens the huge doors to the Port Antonio Resident Magistrate's Court in Boundbrook, Portland, on June 24. The new structure is a result of a partnership between National Commercial Bank and the Ministry of Justice in a two-fold development plan for Portland. Sharing in the historic occasion are (from left) Chief Justice Zaila McCalla; Minister of Justice and Attorney General, Senator Dorothy Lightbourne; NCB Group Chairman Michael Lee-Chin (second right), while other officials look on.
