PM told to improve Zimbabwean human rights
BRUSSELS (AP):

The European Union told visiting Zimbabwean Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai yesterday that it wants to see improvements in the human rights situation in his country before the 27-nation bloc will restore development aid.

Tsvangirai is visiting Europe and the United States to repair Zimbabwe's tattered ties with the West and looking for potential donors ready to make significant contributions to his economically devastated nation.
