June 12-14 saw the staging of the Caribbean health tourism, spa and wellness conference at the Hilton Kingston Jamaica hotel in New Kingston.

The culinary section of the event emphasised healthy meal choices and featured demonstrations on some great menu choices. There were workshops facilitated by recognised experts for wellness professionals and students. The conference offered an exciting slate of workshops and study tours.
