Fullerton to know her fate soon
Nicole Ann Fullerton, former operations manager of the failed Caldon Merchant Bank, will know her fate on Monday when the Court of Appeal hands down its decision.

She is appealing her convictions and 12-month prison sentence for defrauding depositor and businessman, Colin Karjohn.

Fullerton was sentenced in March 2007 for defrauding Karjohn of approximately $15 million, which he had given her to invest.

The Court of Appeal heard legal arguments last week and yesterday and reserved its decision until Monday.

Fullerton is on bail in the sum of $6 million with sureties, pending the outcome of her appeal.

Karjohn has sued Fullerton to recover the money and the suit is pending in the Supreme Court.
