How about some sardines?

Brunswick sardines can be had in a variety of ways from salads to sandwiches. But besides sardines that we are all used to, Brunswick has a wide variety of other canned goods. There is the always faithful sardine, plus mackerel, tuna, in five different flavours corned beef, salmon, Vienna sausage and seafood snacks.

Here are is one delightful way to enjoy Brunswick.

Sardine Omelette

1 can Brunswick Sardines any flavour, drained

4 eggs

1/2 cup/100ml milk

1/2 onion,minced

1/2 sweet pepper, minced

Freshly ground black pepper

Oil for frying.

Method

Whip milk and eggs until blended. Heat oil in frying pan. When heated add egg mixture to pan and reduce heat. Top with onion, sweet pepper, Brunswick sardines and pepper. Cook to desired doneness. Fold in half. Makes two. Recipe can be halved.
