Proprietor of Jencare, Jennifer Samuda, noted that they have been affected by the current economic crisis. She noted that there is a decline in the consistency of persons accessing the spa's services, but the regulars remain loyal. She pointed out that her participation in this year's Spa Week is in an attempt to attract new clients. She said all services offered will be discounted and both old and new clients can enjoy them. During the week, new products like their hand sanitiser and an organic product line will be promoted.

Samuda noted that her spa is unique because it is the most equipped in the Caribbean, in terms of technology. "We manufacture our own products, thus the efficacy that our customers will get is next to none."

As manufacturers of their own tried-and-tested product line, Jencare does not need anyone to tell them what products will work; they know their clients' specific needs and what will work for them. "Plus, our spa is very beautiful," she adds.
