May 30 is Busha's Crabfest!

Crabs have have been put on a diet of mangoes, cornmeal and watergrass for the May 30 annual fundraiser in Westmoreland.

It is expected that more than 200 dozen crabs will be boiled, buttered, curried, salted, peppered and more.

Tickets are now available at $3,000.00 per person, pre-sold and if available at the gate, $3,500.00. They can be obtained at: The Craft Cottage, Village Plaza, St Andrew; Ocho Rios Carpet Centre, Shop # 31, Ocean Village Shopping Centre, St Ann; Fairview Texaco in Montego Bay; Savanna-la-Mar at National Travel Service and Margaritaville, Negril.

Transportation is available for persons in Kingston and Montego Bay who prefer not to drive. The Knutsford Express will offer a shuttle service that will depart Kingston 4 p.m. from 18 Dominica Drive, at a cost of $2,500 per person return. The shuttle will start the return journey from Paradise at midnight or shortly thereafter. It will leave Montego Bay at 6:30 p.m. from Pier 1 and the cost is $1,500 per person return. The return journey from Paradise is at midnight or shortly thereafter.

Both of the above options require a minimum of 20 persons and payment seven days prior to the event. Reservations can be made directly with Knutsford Express at telephone numbers: 960-5499 or 971-1822.
