The event showcased the best of Jamaica to over 140 travel agents from six United States gateways and Quebec and Ontario in Canada, and was pretty easy for the Spanish chain that has come to call the island home and they selected the best of Jamaican delights to deliver the job.
Scrumptious cuisine
A feast of the island's scrumptious cuisine was the highlight of beach party that commenced at 1 p.m. on Wednesday.
Feted by the management and staff of the three resorts, Minister of Tourism, Edmund Bartlett, director, John Lynch and director general, Carolle Guntley, were on hand as official greeters of the group, which is responsible for selling Jamaica overseas.
Iberostar was one of their first stops, since arriving on the island on Tuesday, but during the four-day visit, the group will sample several attractions including the world famous Dunn's River Falls, Chukka Caribbean Adventures and Dolphin Cove.
