"The choices of the constituencies of Gregory Mair, Shahine Robinson and Michael Stern for these projects can only be with a view of improving the JLP's prospects in any upcoming by-elections," the PNP said in a statement from its Chairman Robert Pickersgill.
"The Opposition notes that this action is a continuation of a pattern started last year when West Portland was the venue for a major Labour Day project," he said.
Added Mr Pickersgill: "Such political tactics only serve to undermine the movement toward a more inclusive, tolerant and transparent political culture based on the building of partnerships rather than highlighting partisan divisions."
