Last Sunday, the Philip Sherlock Centre for the Creative Arts was abuzz with culture.
The Indian Cultural Society in Jamaica hosted an evening of music, song, dance and fashion, entitled Jhankar 2009. The popularity of Indian culture in Jamaica was evident and the performances were well received.
But, with the fashion, it was not all about the sub-continent as guests were also treated to fashion from Africa, as well as Latin America, plus a few from right here 'a yaad'. Here are some of the fashion highlights.
