It is served in a cocktail glass and is the namesake of one of Jamaica's premier athletes - Aleen Bailey. The Aleen Bailey is just one of the drinks named for the country's athletes at the Indies Pub and Grill on Holborn Road in St Andrew. Its namesake is the main ingredient; Bailey's Rum Cream.

Supervisor and bartender at Indies, Yaquema Sewell, says this drink is preferred as is, but for those who love a strong drink, if requested, it can be made stronger with an added ingredient (white rum). The taste of the Bailey's though, will remain outstanding on the taste buds.

Preparation

Blend the following ingredients.

Bailey's Rum Cream

Tia Maria

Creme de Cacao

White rum (optional)

For garnish, whipped cream is used, sprinkled with nutmeg. The glass is also laced with chocolate syrup.
