Dancehall divas Ce'Cile and Spice are among the featured acts to perform at Culture Blend in St Maarten tonight. Cecile, who has been touring and promoting her recently released album, Waiting, will leave the tiny Dutch colony tomorrow for France where she is booked to perform that night.
Spice is to be the guest act on the show being staged by Triple M Promotions and Fat Boy Entertainment. The promoters say that in addition to Spice and Cecile, other acts set to perform include international stars Omarion and Rick Ross.
It was only last week Thursday night that several other Jamaican entertainers, including Mavado and Anthony B, set the audience alight on International Reggae Night during the week of carnival celebrations there.
During Mavado's performance, which had the crowd of mainly Jamaicans revelling in their element, a woman dressed in a revealing black leather outfit leapt over some barriers and climbed onto the stage where she proceeded to engage in some daggering-type behaviour with the 'Gully God'.
Inspired by the actions of the leather-clad woman, another woman of heavier set also climbed onto the stage with the help of a photographer where she too got to enjoy some intimate contact with Mavado.
