The Jamaica Cultural Development Commission hosts its parish coronation shows for the Miss Jamaica Festival Queen Competition between April 25 and May 17. The theme will be 'Jamaican Woman ... Our National Treasure'. Each contestant will vie for a chance to represent her parish as a cultural ambassador, among other prizes, before competing at the national coronation show, scheduled for July.
