It's a windy day in Norway as champion chefs Anthony Miller (left) and Colin Hylton (second left) enjoy the scenery aboard the impressive Norwegian fastboat en route to the Lofoten area, with their hosts Svein Wara (right) and Tatiana Fernandes of the Norwegian Seafood Export Council. Miller and Hylton were joint winners of the Norway Seafood Culinary Challenge held earlier this year and are currently in Norway on their prize trip. Others in the touring group are representatives of the Jamaican media and PROComm, the agency for the Norwegian Seafood Export Council, in Jamaica. - Contributed
