The bill date was March 9, 2009.
The due date was March 30, 2009.
The date it was posted in Kingston was March 31, 2009, one day after the due date.
The date it arrived in Savanna-la-mar was April 1, 2009, three days after the due date.
We received the bill on Friday, April 4, 2009, five days after the due date.
The service was disconnected by Monday morning.
The bill was paid Monday morning, two working days after receiving the bill.
Considering the reputation of Cable and Wireless (LIME), it seems that you would get your act together. But, perhaps you don't get the incongruity of the above dates.
Everything about Cable and Wireless seems to be designed to punish customers for remaining customers. I have remained a customer for three decades.
We are gradually abandoning your land lines for the fine cellular service your competitors offer.
