I do agree with the pay cuts members of Government are proposing to take at this time.

With the global crisis being experienced at this time, it is good to show solidarity with the people you govern. So many people are being laid off and it is a show of good faith that the prime minister and members of Parliament have offered to take a pay cut.

If they can do it, it is an example that other high-profile executives, that is, head of organisations and institutions, should follow to enable 'regular workers' to maintain sustenance for their family. This is indeed a good move!
