Foster secured her title by defeating her club mate, Andrebe Hart, 11-6, 11-6, 11-7, 11-6 (4-0) in the final. She completed the double by winning the girls' Under-18 singles crown, defeating Kristen McKenzie 4-0 (11-5, 11-4, 11-7, 11-5) in the final.
Foster had booked her place in the finals when she defeated Shenique Clare 3-0 in the semi-finals, while Hart edged Kristen McKenauie 3-2 in the other semis.
Dibbs defeated national representative Kane Watson 12-10, 5-11, 10-12, 11-5, 11-7, 11-8 (4-2) in the men's final.
DIBBS IN FINAL
Dibbs booked his place in the final when he outclassed Marlon Chin 3-0 in the first semi-final, while Watson had edged number one seed, Dale Parham, 3-2 in the other semis.
Caream Flowers won the boys' Under-18 singles title, beating Michael Cai 4-3 (8-11, 11-7, 11-13, 11-4, 9-11, 11-3, 11-8).
Kerry-Ann Whyte and Mark Phillips won the boys' and girls' Under-15 titles, respectively.
Whyte defeated Davia Green 3-2 (8-11, 11-6, 15-17, 11-8, 11-6), while Phillips stopped Johnathan Higgins 3-1 (12-10, 11-8, 8-11, 11-8) in the boys' final.
Davia Green took home the girls' Under-13 crown, when she edged Matthew-Ann Dawson 3-1 (11-6, 11-5, 9-11, 12-10) in the final, while Jordan Hazle captured the boys' equivalent, when he beat Korey Moulton 3-2 (8-11, 5-11, 11-6, 14-12, 11-7).
