No matter how foggy it may seem
For some day they will all go away,
leaving the place fresh and crystal clear.
I am determined to climb life's ladder
No matter how tangled in the web I might be
For some day it will be a straight
Thread of success, leaving behind all fear.
I am determined to climb life's ladder no matter how
The darkened leaves may flutter in my face
Because I know some day my light will shine very bright
I declare!

Nature's beauty
Transformed by God's intelligence,
seemingly oblivious to man's knowledge,
the ultimate power that God has placed in the seeds,
to create such beauty that we can richly benefit from.
The power of nature is beautiful, as it seeks to embody
and change our lives to fully
encompasses our own inhabited intentions.

Forgiveness
Sleepless nights,
tormented thoughts,
fatigued, darkness has come to light
disloyalty,
She is not appreciated, all that love she has for him.
Forgiveness is a sin, same as not forgiving,
The passion that once lit her fire now
gone,
Love is cruel and so is trust, a professional liar sleeps in her bed
So undisturbed, such a baby, no more blindness to his game
Shocked by his actions, she crumbles under the pain.
Forgiveness is a sin, same as not forgiving,
A heart twice made of gold, a mind that once embraced love now hardened
With hate, pain, bitterness but above all, her heart is broken, it has been shattered
The splinters infect her blue eyes turning them red, it hurts to love.
Forgiveness is a sin, same as not forgiving,
Her fountain of love has become loveless, betrayed by the man of her
dreams, forever her heart will fear love and hate trust.

Abused
Another day, but she feels the same
Her pain is still there
Her mind still perturbed.
"Were my prayers heard?" she asks
"Will my joy be renewed soon?''
She rests in bed, head on pillow
Eyes fixed on the ceiling above.
She's hurt
Not physically, emotionally
It's broken
Not in two, not her heart only
But in pieces, her body too.
She sighs
She cries
She doesn't want her sobs to be heard.
