WESTERN BUREAU:

Father Marc Real used a lit candle and holy water as he blessed Junior 'Flette' Barnes and Michelle Eason's new Western Union in Montego Bay recently.

The priest also read Genesis 1: 27-31, reiterating the teachings that man was given permission over all other creatures so that he can be a co-creator, continuing to improve and perfect creation.

Business plan

Barnes and Eason have perfected their business plan, having successfully managed and operated other companies and now their latest venture, the first Western Union in Jamaica that operates until 10 p.m. at nights.

Located on Barnett Street in Montego Bay, The Gleaner brings you highlights of the store's opening.

Denise Perkins and her son Madison Palmer enjoy some bonding time.
