In Claude Clarke's article of March 1, titled 'Competitiveness: The opportunity of the global crisis', he expounded on the issues of economics.
Two thumbs up to him for the section under the subheading 'Macro-economic environment'. I could not help seeing that many experiences now existing in Jamaica could be alleviated if a checklist could be prepared to cover the concepts in those paragraphs which are written under the aforementioned subheading - and the relevant authorities/planners allowing him to collaborate and consult with them. I wish to comment more, but it is not necessary.
Indeed, we need to practice the affirmatives in that article. Three cheers Clarke!
