Sabotage
3 At a time when the Government is strapped for cash, some people are saying revenue streams are being deliberately undermined so that the desired objectives are not met. Take the traffic police. People are saying speedsters are being allowed to drive off with no consequence and persons who commit major traffic breaches are being ticketed for innocuous offences which attract lower fines. The police should remember that if they do not collect the entire budget is affected, including their pay.
