Bans don't work
The Editor, Sir:

The best ban is self-restraint and freedom of choice. The Church, the State and private institutions have their work to do. Banning would not do the work for them. What banning does is open up other avenues for those interested to get the disputed information.

The ban would do no good. Obviously, explicit sexual material is available on the Internet. Can Jamaica ban these?
