The American Boy singer's collaboration with the indie pop duo is the final live performance to be confirmed for the prestigious music ceremony.

Ged Doherty, chairman of the BRITs Committee, said: "Our audience research tells us that BRITs viewers love collaborations and this pairing of Estelle and The Ting Tings, two of Britain's hottest and most exciting acts, will not disappoint."

Estelle is in the running for two prizes - British Female Solo Artiste and British Single for American Boy, her duet with Kanye West.

The Ting Tings - comprising of Jules De Martino and Katie White - also received two nominations, for British Breakthrough Act and British Album for We Started Nothing.

Estelle and The Ting Tings is not the only tantilising collaboration planned for the ceremony, which will take place at London's Earls Court on February 18.

The Pet Shop Boys, who are being honoured with an Outstanding Achievement accolade, are reportedly planning to close the event by performing alongside The Killers.

Coldplay, Kings of Leon, Duffy, U2 and Take That are also scheduled to take the stage.

This year's BRITs will be presented by 'Gavin and Stacey', TV stars James Cordon and Mathew Horne and 2 Hearts singer Kylie Minogue.
