Still, Tinga Stewart and Ninja Man teamed up again on another Percy Sledge song, Cover Me, at the beginning of which Ninja Man introduces Stewart with "come een Jamaica Percy Sledge, once again!"
Stewart told The Sunday Gleaner that the producer of the Pick Out label "gave some rhythm to listen to, about seven or eight, while I'm at my house. This rhythm me start groove to. Though me know all them (Percy Sledge) song, me start sing Cover Me".
Then the idea of another Ninja Man combination struck Tinga Stewart. And, when he spoke to Ninja Man, the famed spontaneity sparkled.
"Me say you know what, me a go fi Ninja Man. Me jump pon me bike and go Henderson Avenue. Me say Ninja, me have a song for you. Me say, 'cover me', him say 'under yu love'," Stewart recalled.
"Under yu love" became an unforgettable refrain in Ninja Man's segment of the remake, which the two did on the same day at Channel One Studio. Again, the recording process was not long. "Two time we run the tune, one go down and take. Me no tell him where to come in," Stewart said.
The duo was soon at it again. To wrap up the series, they did a cover of Save The Last Dance For Me, sung originally by Ben E King.
